The Villa

Old stone walls,
open shore

Villa Notos was built in the island tradition - thick limestone walls that breathe in summer, generous shaded terraces, and a courtyard where dinner turns into midnight conversation. The renovation kept every stone and beam; the only things added were the things you need.

The beach is not a short walk. It is thirty steps from the kitchen door. That is not a description — it is a daily fact of life here.

Olive Groves

Two thousand square metres of ancient terraced garden. Shade, scent, and the soft rasp of cicadas all afternoon long.
